SEA offers a one-of-a-kind outdoor private deck overlooking the Olympic Mountains and Liberty Bay, and indoor spaces including the aquarium exhibits, which will make your business meeting, or corporate event a memorable one. 

SEA is unable to host kids' birthday parties at this time due to limited staffing.

Waterfront Deck 

Enjoy the spectacular views of the Olympic Mountains, Liberty Bay and the Port of Poulsbo on a 1,300sf exterior waterfront deck. Space for a 10’ x 40’ tent (provided by renter). Suitable for a standing reception, intimate seated dinner, or theatre style for up to 50 guests. Limited tables and chairs available.


SEA’s two classrooms can be rented in conjunction with the Waterfront Deck for additional seating or banquet space or can be rented separately. The seating capacity is 65 and 40. Includes use of classroom tables, chairs, slide screen, overhead projector equipment.

Aquarium Exhibits

Access to the aquarium exhibits featuring tidepool touch tank, freshwater exhibit, seafloor look down tank and rotating marine life exhibits, can be added onto rental of the Waterfront Deck or Classroom. Includes on-site docent or staff. 

Entire Aquarium

Rent the entire first floor of the SEA Discovery Center which includes aquarium exhibits, two classrooms, Waterfront Deck and theatre. Rental includes use of tables and chairs in the classrooms and a projector in the theatre. Includes on-site docent or staff.
